P90X Day One.

Starting Weight: 181 Lbs.
Body Fat Percentage: 27.7%

Well, I just finished my intense and I mean intense back and chest workout for day one. To be completely honest I'm actually a little proud of myself. I haven't had an intense workout like this since I tried using the program nearly one year ago. When I first tried it I couldn't even get through the entire workout without stopping... Not this time!! There were a total of 12 exercises done twice. I completed all 24 workouts with a total rep count of 246!! I'm not gonna lie there were times I felt sick as I could be, I stuck with it and feel great now! Sore non the less but great! It's the start to a very intense 90 days, See you all tomorrow!
